The all new RV 10 control auto offers all features that are necessary for reduced process time and increased overall performance. The speed managed vacuum pump significantly reduces the noise level as well. RV 10 control auto also manages the cooling water flow as it’s needed. The gentle maintenance of the vacuum level prevents over- or undershooting of the target vacuum level. It allows for faster, more efficient and safer distilling processes. RV 10 control auto also is equipped with state of the art safety features such as dry run control or safety temperature circuits. The user can program, save and run up to 10 individual distilling procedures for greater flexibility.

The RV 10 control V-C includes an RV 10.10 set of glassware coated for shatter protection - a 1 liter evaporating flask, 1 liter receiving flask, and vertical coiled condenser. The evaporating and receiving flask are coated for shatter protection, the condenser is not.

No, it is not UL listed.
What is the minimum vacuum that the RV 10 system can handle?
With coated glassware, a pressure of 1 mbar is possible. Note that all vacuum connections must be vacuum tight or else a pressure this low will not be achievable. Most vacuum pumps do not create vacuums down to 1 mbar, so the vacuum pump will usually be the limiting factor.
